Tri-Mation invests in the community we work and live in through the following engagements:
Parts machined by Tri-Mation for Western Michigan University’s SunSeeker car
We offer an apprenticeship program for machining and machine building.
We support Western Michigan University by building parts for the Sunseeker Solar Car Team.
Support
We support the First Robotics Team at Mattawan High School, The Wired Cats, with mentorship, machine time, and meeting space.
Collaborate
We collaborate with the Van Buren Skill Center for job shadowing and cooperative learning for high school Juniors and Seniors. The students gain documented working hours with Tri-Mation for work experience. Seniors can work their way to a full-time job and apprenticeship.
Status as a “Pioneer Investor” in Market Van Buren, our local economic development group.
Recently
Recently, Tri-Mation has been working on some desk art/stands for Western Michigan University to hand out at a grand opening to thank people involved in the new construction of the student center.
